Employment & Career Solutionz (ECS)

ECS is a non-profit organization dedicated to improve the lives of the enormous unemployed Pakistani people and their families. 

Our vision is to provide a platform to the influential community of overseas Pakistanis to effectively channelize their collective influence in the effort for enhancing employment opportunities for Pakistanis in the overseas market especially in Saudi Arabia. 

Starting with community based care; ECS is aiming to provide in parallel employment solutions for all employment seekers without any discrimination. 

Mission 

ECS is established with a mission to help reduce poverty in Pakistan through job creation in the overseas markets.

Employment helps to eliminate most of the greater risks, serious deprivations, and major problems being faced by the masses in Pakistan.

Objectives

ECS project objective is to enhance the employment opportunities for Pakistanis in the overseas market especially in Saudi Arabia by improving the quality of its human resource.

Project Activities and Strategies 

ECS seeks to meet its objective through two vital activities that are Headhunting and Career Counseling Services.

This project is designed in such a way that it actively coordinates with employers & job seekers; it also involves the influential and passionate community members to contribute collectively towards the job creation for the unemployed. Thus provides the necessary head start to the organization towards achieving its objectives.

The organization structure plays a major role in ensuring the transparent, credible, and professional execution.

The career counseling program design plays an active role in improving the human resource quality and contributes in long-term generation building exercise. It is designed with the objective to grow the Pakistani talent pool by using the expertise of successful professionals in their fields. The career counseling sessions are held at academic institutions and in groups to encourage academic, social, and personal development. ECS helps individuals to gain greater self awareness about their interests, abilities, and personality style and connect students to resources to make them more knowledgeable in developing realistic academic & career goals.

The ECS future expansion plan includes opening chapters at UAE, UK, Canada, & USA.
